Harvest 2004: PA and SW MI are virtually over.
OR quality is "tremendous", and the harvest will continue for
awhile. As of this point there are only two handlers in OR.
WC MI has begun with a small trickle.
NW MI may start in week 3.
NY is beginning in week 3, as well.
WA & UT have been combined since they are restricted states and there
are some reporting constraints requiring this combination.
OR & PA have been combined since they are unrestricted districts and
there are some reporting constraints there, too.
